Diversity, 股本, 包容, and Belonging Committee (DEIBC)

Diversity describes the various ways in which we differ from one another—including unconscious differences like values, 信仰, 宽容, 耐心程度, 感知, 刻板印象, world perspectives and life experiences. These unconscious differences impact and influence how we accept one another in more obvious categories, 比如年龄, color, 残疾, 性别, 种族, sexual orientation and religious 信仰.


Diversity, 股本, 包容, and Belonging Committee (DEIBC) 任务

多样性, 股本, 包容, and Belonging Committee (DEIBC) will lead PG电子APP in developing sensitive community support and awareness of diverse individual value systems. This will be accomplished by creating a learning environment that enhances the human potential of all community members as they carry out the values of the organization.
